About Us

The esgrovia project was created in cooperation with experts from Tomas Bata University in Zlín in 2023 with the aim of helping small and medium-sized companies navigate the issue of sustainability. We follow the Bata tradition. The foundation is hard work, on which everything else is built. At the same time, we consider it our duty to do what is morally right, fair, and honest, thereby raising the level of corporate culture, which brings benefits to companies, employees, customers, and the environment alike.

The company was founded by Jiří Staník and Marek Sedláček in 2023. Jiří has been involved in company analysis in Central and Eastern Europe for more than 20 years and is behind the Helgi Library project. Marek, in turn, has extensive domestic and international management experience, particularly in the automotive industry. In 2024, the company All Star, owned by the proprietors of the financial group Wood & Company, acquired a 51% stake in esgrovia.

We strive to help small and medium-sized companies implement sustainability methodology into their strategies in a way that minimizes risks to their efficiency and profitability, while also providing guidance with a view to the future in the field of sustainable development. Unlike most competitors, we aim to connect the topic of sustainable development with consulting in financial management and change management.
