Reporting

Sustainability Report

We will prepare with you a sustainability report for your company according to the ESRS or VSME regulation, including double materiality, so that it has marketing or business use for your commercial partners and employees.

What We Do

Our team will guide you through the entire sustainability report creation process according to CSRD, from double materiality analysis through gap analysis to data point collection.

We cover all 12 ESRS topics, for which we will prepare detailed documentation for you. You can then also use them in EcoVadis or SAQ questionnaires.

If you are a smaller company or wish to report voluntarily, we will help you prepare a report according to VSME (simplified standard for smaller companies).

We will advise how to incorporate sustainability sections into the annual report, help link your company's financial and non‑financial data, and create a list of KPIs that management should monitor and integrate into corporate governance from a sustainability perspective (e.g., energy intensity, water consumption or emissions per product or service, etc.).

We will also help with the graphic design of the report, so you can present “boring” statistical data in an interesting way to your customers, employees or business partners.

What You Get

  • Support from our team in preparing the sustainability report (ESRS, VSME, etc.).
  • Double materiality analysis (impact + financial) including documentation of the procedure
  • Gap analysis against ESRS standards and roadmap for data completion
  • Sustainability report in EU XBRL format for the European single access point
  • Documentation for the auditor: data sources, methodology, assumptions, calculations

Who It Is For

  • Wave 1 companies – large public interest entities with 500+ employees that have already reported under NFRD. If companies do not meet the new thresholds (1,000+ employees and turnover over €450 million), they may suspend reporting.
  • Wave 2 companies – other large firms meeting the new thresholds of 1,000+ employees and turnover over €450 million. They will report for the first time in 2028 for the financial year 2027 (a two‑year delay compared to the original schedule).
  • Companies without a legal obligation that receive a questionnaire from a customer or bank and want a voluntary VSME statement. After the Omnibus, VSME remains relevant, perhaps even more important – many companies have fallen out of the mandatory scope, but their counterparties still require ESG data.
